Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 lbs hamburger or ground turkey
2 cans of chili no beans
8 pack of flour tortillas
8 ounce bag of Colby cheese
2 packs of taco seasoning
Brown meat and dice onion. Add taco seasoning. Warm flour tortillas and put 4 tablespoons of meat in shell and fold edges and roll up. Place in 9x13 cake pan. Then genourously cover with chili. Sprinkle with Colby cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 8 enchiladas.
