The Perfect Smoothie

Pretty much a healthy smoothie that tastes wicked awesome.

Dietary guidance: v 


1 cup nice fatty yogurt ( flavour of your choice, but I like to use blueberry)

1 banana, ripe

1/4 cup homogenized milk

1/2 cup frozen berries


Mix it up, baby! Then drink it .....yeah...probably drinking it is a good idea ;)
