Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
2 cups dark chocolate chips
10 graham crackers
Break the graham crackers in half (squares) and place them close together on a cookie sheet.
Over medium heat, melt the butter and add the sugar. Stir constantly until it boils.
Keep stirring and boil for 2 additional minutes.
Add the chopped nuts
Pour evenly over all the graham crackers and be sure all of them are completely covered.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cover the top with the dark chocolate chips. When they melt, spread the chocolate across the entire top.
Cool and refrigerate. Cut into small 1" pieces to help control yourself from eating all of them! :)
