Toni's Terrific Salad

Ingredients

5 caper berries [0 cal]
2 pickles [0 cal]
1 thinly sliced ham (prosciutto) [80 cal]
5 teaspoons of Artichoke pasta sauce (Gia Russa) [90 cal]
lettuce (as much as desired) [5 cal]
1/4 cup green onions [10 cal]
4 cherry tomatoes [75 cal or so]

total calories: 260

Method

Slice and dice.
You can either slice the pickles or halve them; slice the capers or leave them whole. It is up to you how much you want to integrate them into the salad.
As for how many people it serves, I ate the whole thing myself but it was VERY filling. I could have done with a half portion.
The pasta sauce (served cold on top) serves as a very nice salad dressing.
