4-6 bone-in chicken breasts boiled and shredded
1 pkg corn tortillas
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
1 med chopped onion
2 lg.cans ortega chilies
1 lb grated tillamook or cheddar cheese
Grease 3 qt casserole. Combine soup, milk and onion in a large bowl. Layer ingredients - Tortillas, chicken, chilies (which have been seeded and split open),cheese, and layer of soup sauce, ending with a good layer of cheese. This is best if prepared the day before. Bake at 350 deg. for 1 hr or more.
If cooking in a crock pot, I slice the tortillas in approx 1-2 " strips.
