Serves: 2 to 6
One container of artichoke and asiago cheez dip.
the next three items are optional. You must have at least one of the items though. And it must equal about a cup.
Some shrimp, cooked is best.
Some bay scallops, cooked is best.
Some crab, cooked is best.
Shredded cheeze, the type you like is optional. I like to use the three cheeze blend with provolone, mozza and parmesan.
Preheat oven to 375. Mix your dip, your seafood (chopped into half inch pieces) and most of the cheeze all together.
Pour this into a baking/serving dish. If you would like to use as an appetizer for two to 4 people, individual smaller dishes are just fine.
sprinkle the top with more cheeze. Bake in the oven for about 15 to twenty minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top. yyuuuummmyy!
P.S. I just noticed they are selling that artichoke dip in the bigger container now, so just double everything up if you choose to use it.
These are how I do up the pita chips for dipping. You'll want to make these up first.
Take your pitas and rub olive oil on both sides, cut into triangles, just like pizza, bake in the oven at 350, for 8 to 10 minutes.
