Condensed Milk Tart

Ingredients

Crust
I large or 2 small Pkts Rich Tea Biscuits( or Marie Biscuits)
250g of Unsalted Butter
Filling
1 Litre Milk
1 Tin Condensed Milk
50 g Corn Flour
50 g Custard Powder
Cinnamon

Method

Crust
Crush Biscuits until fine the add melted butter and mix together divide into 2 dishes and press down until compacted put in to fridge for about an hour.
Filling
Take 750 ml milk and mix with tin of condensed milk and bring to boil on stove(becareful as this can burn quickly)reduce heat once boiled mix the corn flour, custard powder and remainder of cold milk to together and add to the boiling keep stirring until the mixture is of a thick custard consistency.
Pour filling in to the crusts sprinkle Cinnamon on top of filling and leave to set(about 4 hours)
