Marianne's Meat Loaf

Moist Delicious Meat Loaf

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork of sausage meat removed from its casings
1 onion diced
1 tsp to 1 tbsp minced garlic to taste
2 stalks celery diced
8 slices bread diced
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tomato or Pasta sauce of your choice


- Mix diced bread cubes with the eggs and milk and let sit 5 mins.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl together well
- Divide into 2 loaf pans
- Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 mins
- Remove pans from oven and drain fat in them
- Cover with tomato or pasta sauce to your liking
- Enjoy one loaf for dinner and one for left-over meatloaf sandwiches :)

* My cousin Marianne's recipe she had made for years, I have asked for for years and now I have it (since Nov 2013) to enjoy it too and share :)
