Spanish Steak

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb steak cut into single servings 1(15oz) can crushed tomatoes 1(15oz) can diced tomatoes 1/2C chopped bell peppers 1/2C chopped onions 2 diced jalapenos(optional) salt pepper

Method

Spray a deep skillet with cooking spray. Season meat with salt and pepper and brown on both sides on med high heat. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 30 minutes or until meat is fork tender
