1 Cup dried cranberries
1 Cup Sliced Almonds
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
3 tsp Rum
1. Line baking dish with waxed paper or mini muffin papers and set aside.
2.Place dried cranberries, almonds, orange juice and rum in food processor; process until mixture is finely chopped and comes together.
3.Place sugar in a small bowl. Form mixture into 1 inch balls, one at a time, in sugar to coat evenly.
Place 1 inch apart in prepared pan or in mini muffin papers.
Let stand 20 mins or until firm.
Cover tightly and refrigerate up to 3 days.
