Pressure Cooker Brown Rice

2 cup long grain brown rice
4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Combine the rice, water and salt in the pressure cooker pot.
2. Bring to high pressure and cook for 17 minutes.
3. Use a natural pressure release to release pressure for 10 minutes, then use quick release. Fluff rice with a fork.
