Dietary guidance: v
2 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup of margarine, butter or shortening or combination of
5 - 6 tbsp ice cold water
Cut shortening into flour and salt. I use my hands. Work until consistence of oatmeal. Add water a little at a time working with a fork until all is moist. (You can also use your food processor just until it looks like play-doh but not too much). If you have time, refrigerate. It will roll out better. This recipe is for 2 crusts but I can usually roll it think enough to make at least 3 crusts.
If you are needing a baked crust, poke some holes in the crust and bake at 400* for about 10 minutes.
