Ingredients

1 tbsp non rise yeast
2 tbsps oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup warmest tap water

Flour

Method

Stir together all but flour. Start with 2 cups of flour. Mix together until sticky dough. Add ONLY enough flour to form a ball. Softer is better. Turn out to floury board and need until soft and firm.

Press into well oiled pizza pan.
