Spicy Jack Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli

2 Cups (8 ounce) dry elbow macaroni
2 cups chopped frozen or fresh broccoli
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook macaroni according to package directions, adding the broccoli to the boiling water the last 3 minutes. Drain. Combine , cooked macaroni and broccoli with cheeses (1/4 cup Parmesan), evaporated milk and black pepper in a large bowl. Pour into casserole dish. In small bowl, combine remaining Parmesan with bread crumbs and spread over top of casserole. cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes.
