2 pounds frozen meatballs (approx 64)
16 oz reduced fat Velveeta, chopped
1 cup salsa
Place meatballs in microwave long enough to get the fat out. Drain and rinse with hot water. Put in crock pot.
Combine Salsa and chopped Velveeta and pour over meatballs. Cook on High for about an hour, stir, then set on Low. Will be ready to serve in about 2-3 hours.
