1tbsp milk powder
40g corn flour
pinch of salt and pepper
1. Steam potatoes, rinse and mash them.
2. Onion diced.
3. Combine potatoes, milk powder, butter, onion, salt, pepper and sugar.
4. Fold in egg and corn flour.
5. Put in fridge for 1/2 hour.
6. Shape the potato batter into desire size, fridge again.
7. Pan fry with breadcrumbs coated until golden brown.
