Skillet Pork & red Chili Sauce

1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
i medium onion, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, corsely chopped
1 pound tenderloin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 (8 ounce) pouch Mexican Cooking Sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
8 large flour tortillas


Cut pork into bite size pieces. Preheat large saute pan on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Season pork with salt and pepper. place oil in pan, then add pork. cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally to brown. Place onions in same pan. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes until until tender. Reduce heat to edium-low. Stir in tomatoes, cooking sauce, and sugar. Stir in pork. Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce begins to thicken. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve in tortillas.
