Fruit Kabobs

Here is a healthy and delicious recipe guaranteed to please even your picky eaters.

Ingredients

1 tub (250 g) Light Ricotta Cheese
Zest and 3 tbsp juice from small orange
2½ cups (370 g) cubed cantaloupe (about 24 cubes)
2½ cups (400 g) cubed honeydew melon (about 24 cubes)
24 fresh strawberries, hulled

Method

1. Mix ricotta cheese, zest and juice until well blended.
2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
3. Meanwhile, thread fruit onto 12 wooden skewers; place in airtight container.
4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
5. Serve kabobs with ricotta cheese dip.
