4-Cans of Tomato-Navy Beans.
3-large ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup of shaved pork
1/4 cup of Tomato catsup
1/8 cup Frenches' yellow mustard.
1/4 brown sugar
1/8 cup of ground cinnamon.
3-whole cloves smashed and stem removed
3-4 fine green stem onions herbs or chives cut fine.
dash of any Italian herbs, fine oregano, basil or rosemary, or pizza-seasoning like McCormick's. etc
dash salt and black pepper.
1/4 cup water
This is what I call a dump recipe. Just dump everything into crock-pot. Shave the pork fine and remove excess fat. If it looks too dry add a bit more catsup. Slice the onion fine right into the pot. Give it a good squirt of mustard and stir with a spoon until all the mustard has been combined. do a taste test if too sweet and dash more salt. Put the pot on low for 3-4 hrs. Serve hot or cold.
