1 pint unsweetened heavy whipping cream
1 lb. boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 package Knorr onion soup mix
1 package egg noodles
9"x13" baking pan
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Cut up the raw chicken breasts into bite size pieces, and put them into baking pan. Pour whipping cream over the chicken, and them mix in the package of the dry onion soup mix. Stir everything together and put them in the oven uncovered to cook for 45 minutes.
Every 10 minutes or so, open the oven and stir the mixture. As it cooks, the cream with thicken and turn a little brown on the top. This is OK/normal.
Serve over a bed of cooked egg noodles with a side vegetable.
