Baked fish fillets

This is a lighter, healthier option to breaded fish filets. I think I may have originally gotten this recipe from Weight Watchers, although I can't remember exactly.

4 fish filets (any white fish - cod, sole, halibut, etc.)
4 tbsp. mayonaise
4 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Breadcrumbs or Corn Flake crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter


Put filets in a baking dish coated w/nostick spray.

Mix together the mayo, fresh lime juice, and onion powder, then brush on top of filets.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs/corn flake crumbs and a little melted butter (not too much better, or the breadcrumbs will get a bit soggy).

Bake uncovered at 425 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes w/a fork.
