Tofu Fruit Smoothy

Cool, fruity, and full of protein. A great low-calorie way to start the day or to indulge late at night when having an ice cream craving.

Cooking time: 1 minute

Dietary guidance: v v 


1/2 box silken tofu
1/2 c Splenda (or sugar) ... to taste
1 c frozen fruit (I like a blend of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries)
2 c water (more or less to get the desired thickness)
2 Tbs lemon juice
A dash of almond extract


Put all ingredients in a blender. Let fruit set for a bit if using large stawberries. Blend to desired consistency.
