1 bunch of Kangkong (water spinach)
1 tbsp dried shrimps, (soak and pound)
2 tbsp Jumbo Sambal sauce
2 cloves garlic, (chopped finely)
2 shallots, (sliced)
1 tbsp oil
1 red chilli, (sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a heated wok, heat oil and sauté dried shrimps, garlic and shallot till fragrant.
Add in the JUMBO sambal sauce.
Throw in the vegetables and add 1/4 cup water. Simmer over low heat for 5-8 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Dish up and serve hot with rice.
