Chicken Fried Rice with XO sauce

Cooking is made easy with JUMBO XO sauces.

Ingredients

Cooked rice350 g [about 2 cups]
Chicken meat200 g [shredded]
Egg (s)2 pcs [lightly beaten]
Green onion(s)1 tbsp [diced]
JUMBO XO sauce 4 tbsp

Method

Stir-fry eggs in 2 tbsp oil until just set. Set aside.
Saute chicken in 1 tbsp oil until done.
Add rice, JUMBO XO sauce and eggs.
Stir-fry until heated through.
Sprinkle with green onion.
