Sambal Grilled Fish Filler

Ingredients

Fish fillet 350 g
Corn starch 2 tbsp [for dusting]
JUMBO XO Sauce to taste

Method

Put fish fillet on aluminum foil.
Mix fish fillet with JUMBO Sambal sauceand dust with corn starch.
Put in oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with red chili and parsley.
