melon Cucumber soup

1/2 cucumber, coarsely chopped
1 avacado, coarsely chopped
1 jalepeno pepper, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
8 teaspoons Greek yogurt with honey


Peel cucumber and chop; chop avocado, jalapeno (without seeds) and garlic. Reserve 1/4 cup each of honeydew, cucumber and avocado, Blend all remaining ingredients except yogart in a blender until smooth. Chill 20 - 30 minutes, In the meantime, chop reserved ingredients finely. Divide soup into four bowls. sprinkle reserved ingredients over top of each bowl. Top each boel with 2 teaspoons yogurt just before serving.
