tomato caper pork

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 tablespoon capers, coarsely hopped
1/4 up Tomato Seafood Finishing butter, softened
1 pound tenderloin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Chop capers, stir into butter and set aside. Chop tenderloin into 4 equal pieces. Preheat large saute pan on medium-high for 2 to 3 minutes, coat tenderloin with, oil, seasoned salt and pepper. Place on pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned Place pork on a baking sheet, oat pork with one-half of the butter. bake 1o to 12 minutes unti pork is 14 degrees F. Chop parsley. Top pork with remaining half of he butter. Sprinkle parsley on top.
