Easy, Breezy Strawberry Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to encourage children to increase their intake of fruits and veggies.

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat milk or soy milk
6 ounce carton Vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Makes 2 smoothies.

Try adding protein powder or even vitamins into the mix.
