Sunflower seed pate'

1 cup raw sunflower seeds soaked overnight (8 hours)
2 garlic cloves
1 small nub ginger
Carrot (about 1/2 cup worth)
3 green onions
Juice of 1 juicy lemon or 2 not so juicy lemons
1/3 cup (thereabouts) tahini
Salt and pepper


Mince garlic, ginger, carrot and green onion together in food processor. Add sunflower seeds, lemon juice, tahini and pulse until smooth. You will probably need to open it up and scrape it down a few times. Add a few drops of water if too dry. Season with salt and pepper and pulse.
