1 1/2 pounds boneless Ribeye steaks
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
1/4 cup Mild & Creamy Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup orange blossom honey
preheat grill. Season steaks with pepper. Place steaks on grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until steaks are 145 degrees F. Let steaks stand 5 minutes. Chop chives and place in medium bowl; whisk in mustard, wine vinegar, and honey until blended. Drizzle steaks with sauce and serve.
