Ingredients

Basic Vinaigrette Dressing
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red (or white)wine vinegar
Sea salt and pepper to taste
**For creamy version, add 2-3 tablespoons of
Fage Plain Greek Yogurt

Italian Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
Sea salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp minced garlic
1 pinch of crushed red pepper

Creamy Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red or white wine vinegar
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1 garlic clove thru press
Pinch of Italian seasoning
2-3 Tablespoons of Fage Plain Greek Yogurt

Balsamic Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
½ tsp minced garlic
1 pinch Italian seasoning

Lemon Dressing
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp minced garlic

Mustard Dressing
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Sea salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp minced garlic
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ dropper of liquid stevia (or sweeten to taste)


Method

Choose the dressing from the list above and simply mix all ingredients together for a delicious home made healthy dressing
