Easy Chili-Cheese melt - in a slow cooker

This easy dip is great for tortilla chips, or celery sticks.

Also use it on fries instead of gravy.

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 1-3 hours

Serves: 10-15


2 cans (15 oz each) chili (STAG brand is very good)
1 pound (small block) Velveeta Cheese, cubed


1. Grease 3-4 quart slow cooker.
2. Add chili and cheese.
3. Cook on low for 1 - 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until cheese is melted.
