8 ounce can slice pineapple
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped sweet red bell peppers
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 pound ground turkey burger
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
coat a grill rack with cooking spray. drain the pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice. set the pineapple aside. in a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onions, red peppers, soy sauce, slat and reserved pineapple juice. add the turkey and combine.
grill meat on both sides. brush with the teriyaki sauce, grill for another 4-6 minutes longer on each side. grill the pineapple slice for about two minutes on each side, basting occ. with teriyaki sauce. Assemble.
