4 pounds chicken wings
1 cup peach preserves
1/2 cup soy sauce
2tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp. frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 tbsp. jarred minced garlic
1/4 tsp hot sauce
Preheat the broiler. Place wings on lightly greased rack in lightly greased broiler pan. Broil for 14 minutes or until browned. transfer the wings to the slow cooker that has been lightly greased.
stir together the preserves and remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour this mixture of the chicken wings. Cover and cook in the slow cooker for approximately 4 hours on low.
