Mexican Bean Soread/Dip

Ingredients

1 can cannellini or pinto beans
3/4 cups salsa
2 Tablespoons finely chopped Cilantro

Method

Rinse the beans and blend all ingredients together in a food processor until creamy. Serve on pita bread or as a vegetable dip.
