Seafoam Salad

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


3 (3 ounce) packages line jello
1 large can pears
3 cups water
3 tablespoons liquid cream
11 ounces cream cheese
1 container whipped topping
chopped nuts (optional)
maraschino cherries (optional)


In a small bowl, cream together cream and cream cheese. Set aside, Open can of pears and drain liquid into sauce pan. Add water and heat. when hot pour in the jello and add cream cheese mixture. Beat with electric mixer to make smooth. Refrigerate until set, but not firm. Then add pears and whipped topping. pour into serving dish and top with nuts and cherries.
