Ingredients

200g quorn mince
40g of grated cauliflower
1 and half tsp paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
half a tsp of chilli

Method

200g quorn mince, whatever veg you choose, fry in frylight with crushed clove of garlic and add water reduce it down to the consistency you desire, 1 and half tsp paprika, tsp ground ginger and half a tsp of chilli and simmer, for cauliflower rice I used 40g of grated cauliflower
