Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 pork roast or pork loin (About 1.5 - 2 pounds)
3/4 cup prepared hoisin sauce
3/4 cup prepared duck sauce
Place roast in greased/sprayed baking dish. Salt and pepper lightly. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Mix hoisin and duck sauces together. After 20 minutes, pour sauce mixture over roast and bake for additional 40 minutes, or until done. Note: Baking time will be determined by size and shape of the roast.
Allow to rest for a few minutes after baking finishes. Slice and spoon sauce over pork.
Serve with Jasmine rice and a green vegetable (we serve with fried green beans).
