2 chicken breasts (or other pieces if you prefer)
8 cups water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Tastefully Simple Rustic Herb seasoning (or other herb seasoning)
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Frozen broccoli florets
1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
3/4 block Velvetta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 slices of bacon, crumbled (optional)
Put water in a a large pot.
Add chicken, seasonings, and bouillon.
Bring to a boil and cook until chicken is done.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Simmer broth for about 1 hour.
Return broth to a boil.
Add broccoli, mixed vegetables, and elbow macaroni to boiling broth. Boil until pasta and veggies are tender.
Reduce heat to low.
Shred or cut up cooked chicken and add to the pot.
Add cheeses and bacon.
Stir well, cover, and simmer until cheeses are melted, about 10 minutes.
Ladle into bowls and top with more shredded cheddar cheese.
Serve with warm French bread.
