1/2 C margarine
2/3 C light brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 C flour
3/4 t baking soda
3/4 t vanilla
1/3 C chopped walnuts
1/2 C butterscotch morsels
Melt butter in a 2 quart suacepan. Add brown sugar and mix well. Allow to cool slightly. Beat in egg until mixture is light colored. Stir in flour and baking soda. Add vanilla, nuts, and butterscotch chips. Bake drop cookies on ungreased cookie sheet at 375F for 7-10 minutes.
