Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
30 whole graham crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup finely sliced almonds
Sprinkle ground cinnamon
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Line greased 10 v 15 inch jelly roll pan with graham crackers, trimmed to fit edges. Combine butter and brown sugar in medium saucepan. Heat and stir until starting to boil and sugar is dissolved. Boil for three minutes, without stirring. Pour evenly over graham crackers. Sprinkle with almonds and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degree F for 7 to 9 minutes until bubbly and edges are slightly brown. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cool.
