Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar, [packed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tube (10 pieces) refrigerator country-style biscuits
Sprinkle pecans into bottom of greased nine-inch round cake pan. Set aside. In small saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Stir. set aside. Arrange biscuits over pecans. Spoon butter mixture over biscuits, making sure each biscuit is covered. Bake at 400 degree F for 10 minutes until biscuits are raised and brown. invert onto serving dish.
