4 apples
2-3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
dash of nutmeg
dash of allspice
3/4 cup slivered almond


Select four apples of your preference (I recommend mixing), Slice the core out and chop them into bite size pieces. Put them in a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, a dash of nutmeg and allspice. Top it off with 3/4 a cup of slivered almonds and mix well. Poor ingredients into a class baking dish (we use a glass loaf pan), and bake at 375 for about 15 minutes or until almost soft. Spoon out and enjoy!

This is the kind of recipe you can play with and make it your own; change the almond for pecans or add raisins... Just have fun and keep paleo simple!
