Ingredients

3 chicken breast
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 1/2 avocado
1 cucumber
splash of coconut milk
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cups of celery, chopped
4 cups of grapes (sliced optional)
3-6 tsp of sliced almonds

Method

Yummy To Go Meal!
3 chicken breast shredded (17oz)
Salt 1/2 tbsp & pepper 1 tbsp on chicken

Food processor/blender (paste)
1 1/2 avocado
1 cucumber
Splash of coconut milk

Mix all together

Optional fruit ands veggies
1/2 onion chopped
2 cups of celery chopped
4 cups of grapes
3-6 tsp of sliced almonds

Mix into chicken salad!
Serves 4 full meals
Or 8 snacks!
