Raspberry Coffee Cake

1 2/3 cup flour
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup butter
1 large egg, fork-beaten
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups frozen whole raspberries
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3/ teaspoon ground cinnamon


In large bowl, combine flour. sugar and baking powder. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Stir until just moistened. Turn into greased 9x9 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with raspberries. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over raspberries. Bake at 350 degrees F about 50 minutes until done.
