Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2/3 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
7 tablespoons coconut
In large saucepan, combine chocolate chips, whipping cream and vanilla. Heat, stirring constantly, over medium-high until smooth. Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature. Cool until firm. Shape into balls. Roll each ball in coconut.
