White Creme Fudge

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon corn syrup
8 white chocolate baking squares, cut up
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1/4 cup quartered glazed cherries.


In large heavy saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients. Heat, stirring constantly, on medium-low until mixture reaches soft-ball stage. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and marshmallow creme. Stir until mixture is smooth. stir in cherries. Pour in greased 8x8 inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
