Vegetable Beef Soup

This is a great soup started with the leftovers of the Shredded French Dip. Good enough that my wife went back for thirds.

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 4 hours

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 6


leftover Shredded French Dip
4 carrots - sliced
4 Potatoes - diced
4 Celery stalks- diced
frozen corn
Beef Broth - 50 oz,
Dash of basil


add all ingredients to Crockpot and cook it for 4 hours on low
