A vegetarian cake, contains no eggs, but is VERY rich and tasty! I usually make two and use a whole can of Condensed Milk.

2 Cups flour
1/3 Cup butter
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Can of Condensed Milk
1/2 Tsp. baking soda
1 Tsp. baking powder
1 Tsp. vanilla
Water as is needed.

Optiona: Nuts, food coloring, chocolate chips, etc.


Grease a cake pan, and preheat the oven to 356F (180C)

Melt the butter in a bowl and add the sugar. Mix together thoroughly. Add in condensed milk and mix. Add flour and beat.

Now add as much water as needed for a cake like batter (about one cup should do it, but watch carefully to see how much you need).

Now add the baking powder, and vanilla. If you want to add some sort of food coloring or nuts etc, this is a good time to add it and mix thoroughly.

Pour the batter into the cake pan, and bake in oven for abt. 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Good luck!
