Lemon Glaze Icing

Lemon glaze icing for a Lemon Cake

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 6-9

1 cup of powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. of fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. fresh lemon zest
1 Tbsp. Milk


Mix all above ingredients together until smooth consistency.
Poke holes in hot Lemon Cake, and pour the glaze over the top. Smooth with the back of a tablespoon.
It will look like a glazed donut....
